If your child is absent from school, please SEND AN EMAIL to hesabsence@hcpss.org on the first day of the absence and provide the following information:

1. Your child's name

2. Teacher

3. Grade

4. Why they are absent

5. When you expect him/her back in school
   

An ABSENCE NOTE is required for every absence within 24 hours of the child returning to school.

* Students must be fever free without medication for 24 hours
before returning to school.
