Dear Parents/Guardians,

3 important items to note:

1.  Our Sally Foster orders are significantly down from last year.  We have decided to extend the sales deadline until Monday, October 15th with hopes that if you haven’t turned in an order, you will please place one online or send it in ASAP. This is our biggest fundraiser of the year and we need everyone's support to ensure we can continue all of our great activities planned for the year.  www.sallyfoster.com  School/Group account Code: 381300

2.  20 minutes, that’s all we need from you to help make the Opera Night a success.  AND you will definitely be able to see your own child(ren) perform no matter what.  PLEASE, we are still in urgent need of volunteers for this Friday night’s Opera.  Contact Karen Isailovic at kisailovic@msn.com  or 301-317-1091 (H)

3.  Last, but not least, when ordering Spirit Wear, please make your check payable to HES PTA and include 5% Maryland sales tax.  Please note that all the items are 50/50 cotton/poly blend except for the tie-dye shirt and flannel pants which are 100% cotton.  If you would like some items for the holidays and not sent home with your child, please fill out a separate order form and write in the teacher name box, “HOLIDAYS – will pick up and include a phone number or email address.”  All items are now on display in the front lobby along with extra order forms. Deadline date is Thursday, October 18th – No Exceptions.
