MARCH 13th TALENT SHOW CANCELLED
We're going to try again with another date that, hopefully, will work out better for the volunteers the show needs. If we can get helpers on board, the show will go on FRIDAY 4/25, with rehearsal WEDNESDAY 4/23. The scary stuff is covered  we have a Chairperson and an M.C.! However, the Chair needs the following key players for a committee¯: 1) Act Coordinator, 2) Backstage Coordinator, 3) Sound Person(s) and 4) a Spotlight Guru. Please email Chair Beth Weith at create.beth@verizon.net . Call Beth at 301-604-2619 for details on what the above do for the show. Please let her know by NEXT FRIDAY, 3/14 what you can do. We look forward to hearing from you! Thank you.

Nominating Committee Chairperson Needed!
The PTA's nominating committee is responsible for ensuring that all the PTA Executive board positions are filled for the upcoming school year. We are in need of a chairperson for this committee. The committee should start the preliminary nomination process for all officers in March, with a deadline for submissions in April. This job can be done at home, and involves some email, printing a few flyers (last year's flyer is available so it would only need to be updated), and some phone calls. If anyone is interested in helping out in this capacity, please contact Rachel Janush at rgjanush@verizon.net.

Morning Drop Off Reminder
The doors to the school open at 8:45. Prior to this time staff members are not outside to supervise students who arrive early. If your child walks to school or if you drive your child to school, please have him/her arrive between 8:45 and 8:55.
